Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ephémère - 2021 by Gérard Zlotykamien was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June last year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,968.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gérard Zlotykamien have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre - 1959 in July 2020 with an auction result of EUR 9,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ephémère - 2021 von Gérard Zlotykamien kam im Juni letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.968,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gérard Zlotykamien auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1959 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 9.750,00.
