In the Old Masters including Old Master & British Drawings and Watercolours auction, the work Portrait Of Johann Matthias Von Der Schulenburg (1661-1747), Half-Length, In Armour sold for GBP 175,000.00 (€ 196,936.87) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Giacomo Ceruti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Il Bravo; E Vecchia Contadina in November 2006 with an auction result of EUR 1,264,350.00.

In der Auktion Old Masters including Old Master & British Drawings and Watercolours wurde die Arbeit Portrait Of Johann Matthias Von Der Schulenburg (1661-1747), Half-Length, In Armour für GBP 175.000,00 (€ 196.936,87) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giacomo Ceruti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Il Bravo; E Vecchia Contadina im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.264.350,00.
