Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rot, 2015 by Gideon Appah was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in June 2021. It achieved a price of EUR 4,336.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 24 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gideon Appah achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Day in July this year with an auction result of USD 88,900.00 (€ 80,671.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rot, 2015 von Gideon Appah kam im Juni 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 4.336,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 24 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gideon Appah erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Day im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 88.900,00 (€ 80.671,51).
