This artwork by Giuseppe Canella achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in November this year. In the Old Master & 19th Century Art auction, the work Le boulevard des Italiens, Paris sold for EUR 55,104.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Canella - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan, which sold at auction in June 2017 for EUR 175,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Canella erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art wurde die Arbeit Le boulevard des Italiens, Paris für EUR 55.104,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Canella mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Corsia Dei Servi, Milan beobachtet, die im Juni 2017 für EUR 175.000,00 versteigert wurde.
