In January this year VAN HAM held the auction D x C - Artists from the Rhineland | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Baum. by Günther Uecker. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,056.00 51% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Günther Uecker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 3,080,928.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 51 % übertroffen
Im Januar diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion D x C - Artists from the Rhineland | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Baum. von Günther Uecker zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.056,00 und damit 51% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Günther Uecker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 3.080.928,49).
