In July 2018 Christies in London held the auction Edition Gerd Hatje: Contemporary Photographs, Prints & Multiples, which included the work A 14, Götschetalbrücke, 2001 by Hans-Christian Schink. The auction ended at the price of GBP 500.00 (€ 560.61), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00. Admittedly, works by Hans-Christian Schink have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A38, Brücke Schkartleben (2) in April 2007 with an auction result of GBP 3,600.00 (€ 5,270.86).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juli 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Edition Gerd Hatje: Contemporary Photographs, Prints & Multiples durch, in der auch die Arbeit A 14, Götschetalbrücke, 2001 von Hans-Christian Schink zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 560,61) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans-Christian Schink auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A38, Brücke Schkartleben (2) im April 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.600,00 (€ 5.270,86).
