This work of art by Hendrik van Balen I could be acquired at Il Ponte in October this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Furniture and Old Master Paintings auction, the work Holy Family and Saints in an Architectural Garden changed hands for EUR 10,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 12,000.00 – 14,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hendrik van Balen I achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Preaching of Saint John the Baptist in July 2018 with an auction result of GBP 200,000.00 (€ 224,243.98).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hendrik van Balen I konnte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Furniture and Old Master Paintings wechselte die Arbeit Holy Family and Saints in an Architectural Garden für EUR 10.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 14.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hendrik van Balen I erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Preaching of Saint John the Baptist im Juli 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 200.000,00 (€ 224.243,98).
