Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2019 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Impressionist and Modern Art, which included the work La Table Dans La Verdure, Gerberoy by Henri Le Sidaner. The price achieved of EUR 540,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400,000.00 – 600,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Henri Le Sidaner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Sérénade, Venise, which sold at auction in November last year for USD 2,100,000.00 (€ 2,034,292.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2019 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit La Table Dans La Verdure, Gerberoy von Henri Le Sidaner zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 540.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400.000,00 – 600.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Henri Le Sidaner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Sérénade, Venise beobachtet, die im November letzten Jahres für USD 2.100.000,00 (€ 2.034.292,36) versteigert wurde.
