The work Entidade Múltipla Iii by Hércules Barsotti was sold in the Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2014. The price achieved of USD 56,250.00 (€ 45,224.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Entidade Múltipla Iii is the most expensive artwork by Hércules Barsotti that we have observed at auctions so far.
