Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sunsets on the Outskirts of Cairo by Huang Yuxing was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 660,000.00 (€ 79,814.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 400,000.00 – 800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yuxing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seven Treasure Pines in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 64,830,000.00 (€ 7,343,352.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sunsets on the Outskirts of Cairo von Huang Yuxing kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 660.000,00 (€ 79.814,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 400.000,00 – 800.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yuxing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seven Treasure Pines im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 64.830.000,00 (€ 7.343.352,18).
