The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Illumination of the Kremlin in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 1,588,500.00 (€ 2,224,310.97).

Die Arbeit Moonlit Path von Isaak Levitan kam im Juni 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 30.000,00 (€ 35.015,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Isaak Levitan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Illumination of the Kremlin im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.588.500,00 (€ 2.224.310,97).
