Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work THEATRE ECLAIRS by Jean Carlu was sold in the Posters auction at Christies in London in June 2015. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 9,693.66). Other works by Jean Carlu have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,691.56) in May 2013 for the work Aquarium De Monaco, Museé Océanographique.
