Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2019 Christies in Paris held the auction COLLECTION ANNE TRONCHE - La forme d'un regard, which included the work Composition by Jean Hélion. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,625.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Hélion achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Abstraction in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 3,413,000.00 (€ 3,231,395.57).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2019 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion COLLECTION ANNE TRONCHE - La forme d'un regard durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Jean Hélion zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.625,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Hélion erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Abstraction im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 3.413.000,00 (€ 3.231.395,57).
