Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2005 Christies in Paris held the auction Interieurs, which included the work Sans titre by Joel Kermarrec. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,560.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Joel Kermarrec - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans Titre, which sold at auction in December 2007 for EUR 6,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2005 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Interieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Joel Kermarrec zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Joel Kermarrec mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans Titre beobachtet, die im Dezember 2007 für EUR 6.000,00 versteigert wurde.
