The auction ended at the price of USD 200,000.00 (€ 177,999.29), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Admittedly, works by José Agustín Arrieta have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work El Costeño in November 2012 with an auction result of USD 932,500.00 (€ 716,756.34).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 177.999,29) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von José Agustín Arrieta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit El Costeño im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 932.500,00 (€ 716.756,34).
