A top price for Kano Tsunenobu - as previously expected
The work Chrysanthemums Blooming in a Garden by Kano Tsunenobu was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 175,000.00 (€ 149,342.89) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Chrysanthemums Blooming in a Garden is the most expensive artwork by Kano Tsunenobu that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Chrysanthemums Blooming in a Garden von Kano Tsunenobu kam im September 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion.
