Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre (Farbenexplosion - Protest Der Farbe) - 1945 by László Moholy-Nagy was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2021. The price achieved of EUR 9,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by László Moholy-Nagy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Em 1 Telephonbild (Em 1 Telephone Picture) in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 6,087,500.00 (€ 5,754,868.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre (Farbenexplosion - Protest Der Farbe) - 1945 von László Moholy-Nagy kam im März 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von László Moholy-Nagy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Em 1 Telephonbild (Em 1 Telephone Picture) im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.087.500,00 (€ 5.754.868,60).
