Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Photography, which included the work Dans La Tourmente, Belgique, 1941 by Léonard Misonne. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,360.00. Admittedly, works by Léonard Misonne have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pieds de Géants in October 2017 with an auction result of USD 16,250.00 (€ 13,950.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Photography durch, in der auch die Arbeit Dans La Tourmente, Belgique, 1941 von Léonard Misonne zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.360,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Léonard Misonne auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pieds de Géants im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 16.250,00 (€ 13.950,89).
