Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pavilion in Qingcheng Mountain by Li Huasheng was sold in the Cultivating Delight: Collecting Chinese Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in July 2020. It changed hands for a price of HKD 18,750.00 (€ 2,054.31) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Li Huasheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cottage under Pine in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 30,736.80).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pavilion in Qingcheng Mountain von Li Huasheng wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Cultivating Delight: Collecting Chinese Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 18.750,00 (€ 2.054,31) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Li Huasheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cottage under Pine im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 30.736,80).
