This artwork by Linxi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Hong Kong in December 2021. In the Elegant GatheringsThe Social Art of Chinese Scholars auction, the work 'NANNIAN DE JING' in running script sold for HKD 28,050.00 (€ 3,177.25) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 10,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Linxi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lin Xi | Light over shadow, which sold at auction in July last year for HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,577.77).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Linxi erzielte im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Elegant GatheringsThe Social Art of Chinese Scholars wurde die Arbeit 'NANNIAN DE JING' in running script für HKD 28.050,00 (€ 3.177,25) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 10.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Linxi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lin Xi | Light over shadow beobachtet, die im Juli letzten Jahres für HKD 100.800,00 (€ 12.577,77) versteigert wurde.
