The work An Excursion by Long Chin-San was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. It achieved a price of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 32,459.84), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Long Chin-San - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mountain Huang, which sold at auction in April 2017 for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 95,904.08).

Die Arbeit An Excursion von Long Chin-San kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 32.459,84) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Long Chin-San mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mountain Huang beobachtet, die im April 2017 für HKD 812.500,00 (€ 95.904,08) versteigert wurde.
