A top price for Long Chin-San
This artwork by Long Chin-San achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2017. In the Moments of Flash auction, the work Cross-Island Highway sold for HKD 812,500.00 (€ 95,904.08) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 300,000.00. This high result makes Cross-Island Highway the most expensive artwork by Long Chin-San that we have observed at auctions so far.
