In April 2017 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Moments of Flash, which included the work Shelter In Forest by Long Chin-San. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 162,500.00 (€ 19,180.82), 63% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Long Chin-San have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mountain Huang in April 2017 with an auction result of HKD 812,500.00 (€ 95,904.08).

Im April 2017 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Moments of Flash durch, in der auch die Arbeit Shelter In Forest von Long Chin-San zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 162.500,00 (€ 19.180,82) und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Long Chin-San auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mountain Huang im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 812.500,00 (€ 95.904,08).
