Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of Dr Winter by Lotte Laserstein was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. The price achieved of SEK 360,000.00 (€ 30,560.44) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 300,000.00 – 400,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lotte Laserstein achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work German abend Über Potsdam (Evening Over Potsdam) in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 421,250.00 (€ 512,279.21).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Portrait of Dr Winter von Lotte Laserstein kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 360.000,00 (€ 30.560,44) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 300.000,00 – 400.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lotte Laserstein erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit German abend Über Potsdam (Evening Over Potsdam) im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 421.250,00 (€ 512.279,21).
