It achieved a price of USD 100,800.00 (€ 101,469.70), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. Admittedly, works by Marie Laurencin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Femme aux tulipes in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 602,500.00 (€ 462,181.65).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 100.800,00 (€ 101.469,70) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marie Laurencin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Femme aux tulipes im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 602.500,00 (€ 462.181,65).
