The work Rue Philippe-de-Girard à Paris by Maurice Utrillo was sold in the Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale auction at Christies in London in June 2008. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 90,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 103,250.00 (€ 130,511.46). Admittedly, works by Maurice Utrillo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 835,540.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rue Philippe-de-Girard à Paris von Maurice Utrillo wurde im Juni 2008 in der Auktion Impressionist and Modern Art Day Sale bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 90.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 103.250,00 (€ 130.511,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Utrillo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Paravent De Maurice Utrillo, 1939 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 835.540,00.
