Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figure by Mino Maccari was auctioned at Christies in Rome in December 2002. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,340.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mino Maccari - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tre figure, which sold at auction in May 2001 for ITL 10,412,500.00 (€ 9,852.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Figure von Mino Maccari kam im Dezember 2002 bei Christies in Rom zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.340,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mino Maccari mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tre figure beobachtet, die im Mai 2001 für ITL 10.412.500,00 (€ 9.852,16) versteigert wurde.
