Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bouquet by Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim was sold in the 20th Century Art / Middle East auction at Sothebys in London in October 2020. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,394.74) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work My Garden's Details, which sold at auction in May this year for USD 35,280.00 (€ 33,114.32).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bouquet von Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion 20th Century Art / Middle East bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.394,74) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00.
