Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Modern Art | New York, which included the work Mme Jacques Guérard by Moïse Kisling. Here, the upper estimate of USD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 81,900.00 (€ 72,362.61). Admittedly, works by Moïse Kisling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Course de taureaux in June this year with an auction result of GBP 472,500.00 (€ 549,908.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Modern Art | New York durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mme Jacques Guérard von Moïse Kisling zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 81.900,00 (€ 72.362,61) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Moïse Kisling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Course de taureaux im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 472.500,00 (€ 549.908,65).
