Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Mr. Doodle was sold in the What Now?: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in February this year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,570.46) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 38,000.00 – 65,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mr. Doodle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Big Kitty in April last year with an auction result of HKD 6,300,000.00 (€ 761,715.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mr. Doodle wurde im Februar diesen Jahres in der Auktion What Now?: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.570,46) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 38.000,00 – 65.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mr. Doodle erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Big Kitty im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 6.300.000,00 (€ 761.715,86).
