Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2009 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Maternite by Nathan Grunsweigh. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,700.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,845.00. Admittedly, works by Nathan Grunsweigh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'Hôtel Sans-Souci in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 12,750.00 (€ 14,977.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2009 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Maternite von Nathan Grunsweigh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.700,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.845,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nathan Grunsweigh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'Hôtel Sans-Souci im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 12.750,00 (€ 14.977,97).
