Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mozanganla Pop (Série Os Meu Tropa), 2019 by Nelo Teixeira was auctioned at Artcurial in March last year. The price achieved of EUR 1,312.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nelo Teixeira - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bailados, 2018, which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 3,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mozanganla Pop (Série Os Meu Tropa), 2019 von Nelo Teixeira kam im März letzten Jahres bei Artcurial zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.312,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Nelo Teixeira mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bailados, 2018 beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 3.250,00 versteigert wurde.
