This artwork by Nicola Simbari achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in February 2015. In the Interiors auction, the work Artena sold for USD 13,750.00 (€ 12,280.08) - well above the upper estimate of USD 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nicola Simbari - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Plage, which sold at auction in December 2014 for USD 37,500.00 (€ 30,989.17).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Nicola Simbari erzielte im Februar 2015 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Interiors wurde die Arbeit Artena für USD 13.750,00 (€ 12.280,08) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 7.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Nicola Simbari mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La Plage beobachtet, die im Dezember 2014 für USD 37.500,00 (€ 30.989,17) versteigert wurde.
