In February last year Grisebach held the auction Online Only 2021/2022 - Sammlung Berliner Sparkasse Online Only, 11. - 2., which included the work Weltspiegel. by Norbert Schwontkowski. The auction ended at the price of EUR 6,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Norbert Schwontkowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „The Battle“. in December 2021 with an auction result of EUR 175,000.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte Grisebach die Auktion Online Only 2021/2022 - Sammlung Berliner Sparkasse Online Only, 11. - 2. durch, in der auch die Arbeit Weltspiegel. von Norbert Schwontkowski zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Norbert Schwontkowski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „The Battle“. im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 175.000,00.
