Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2016 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art, which included the work Chi Yan Ji by Pan Hsin-Hua. The price achieved of HKD 70,800.00 (€ 8,331.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pan Hsin-Hua - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Heaven And Earth, which sold at auction in October 2016 for HKD 162,500.00 (€ 19,122.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2016 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chi Yan Ji von Pan Hsin-Hua zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 70.800,00 (€ 8.331,69) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Pan Hsin-Hua mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Heaven And Earth beobachtet, die im Oktober 2016 für HKD 162.500,00 (€ 19.122,88) versteigert wurde.
