Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2002 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included the work El gran artista y sus modelos by Pedro Pablo Oliva. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,705.00 (€ 22,860.45). Other works by Pedro Pablo Oliva have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 32,500.00 (€ 30,770.69) in November 2015 for the work without title.
