Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Peter Phillips achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in October last year. In the Discovery Online auction, the work Untitled, 2007 sold for GBP 892.50 (€ 1,039.75) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 350.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Peter Phillips achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 141,800.00 (€ 199,936.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Peter Phillips erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Discovery Online wurde die Arbeit Untitled, 2007 für GBP 892,50 (€ 1.039,75) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 350,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Peter Phillips erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 141.800,00 (€ 199.936,22).
