This artwork by Pierre-Adolphe Huas achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in November 2011. In the Old Master Pictures auction, the work Il cappello rosso sold for EUR 3,380.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pierre-Adolphe Huas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Grandmother'S Gown, which sold at auction in January 2008 for USD 15,000.00 (€ 10,107.14).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Pierre-Adolphe Huas erzielte im November 2011 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master Pictures wurde die Arbeit Il cappello rosso für EUR 3.380,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Pierre-Adolphe Huas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Grandmother'S Gown beobachtet, die im Januar 2008 für USD 15.000,00 (€ 10.107,14) versteigert wurde.
