In February 2016 Artcurial held the auction Urban Art, which included the work J.F.K.'S Nightmare (Plastics) - 2015 by Pure Evil. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 6,760.00 69% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Pure Evil; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre - 2015 sold at auction in May 2015 with the realized price of EUR 8,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 69 % übertroffen
Im Februar 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit J.F.K.'S Nightmare (Plastics) - 2015 von Pure Evil zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.760,00 und damit 69% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Pure Evil; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2015 im Mai 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.000,00.
