Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Rooftops by Ra'anan Levy was auctioned at Christies in Tel Aviv in April 2006. The price achieved of USD 2,400.00 (€ 1,901.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ra'anan Levy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Permanent Red, Desert Window in December 2013 with an auction result of USD 23,750.00 (€ 17,236.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Rooftops von Ra'anan Levy kam im April 2006 bei Christies in Tel Aviv zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.400,00 (€ 1.901,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ra'anan Levy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Permanent Red, Desert Window im Dezember 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 23.750,00 (€ 17.236,37).
