This price was achieved in the auction DiscoveryInteriors | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 300.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rachel Whiteread achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Colours) in July 2008 with an auction result of GBP 445,250.00 (€ 565,695.14).
