Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Begonie (Vaso di fiori) by Renato Guttuso was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 21,500.00 (€ 25,243.02). Admittedly, works by Renato Guttuso have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Aranceto Notturno in March last year with an auction result of GBP 170,100.00 (€ 201,672.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Begonie (Vaso di fiori) von Renato Guttuso kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 21.500,00 (€ 25.243,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Renato Guttuso auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Aranceto Notturno im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 170.100,00 (€ 201.672,69).
