The work Urinating Places Line by Richard Long was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2015. It achieved a price of EUR 10,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Richard Long achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 171,379.61).

Die Arbeit Urinating Places Line von Richard Long kam im November 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Richard Long erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 171.379,61).
