The work By The River by Robert Buhler was auctioned at Sothebys in Olympia in June 2007. It achieved a price of GBP 960.00 (€ 1,424.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Robert Buhler have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Changing Tents, Beach near St Malo in February 2008 with an auction result of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,992.23).

Die Arbeit By The River von Robert Buhler kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Olympia zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 960,00 (€ 1.424,59) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Buhler auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Changing Tents, Beach near St Malo im Februar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.992,23).
