Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Spanishlady In Pink by Rogelio de Egusquiza. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 140,000.00 – 180,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 146,500.00 (€ 108,897.64) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Rogelio de Egusquiza have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work Spanish Lady In Pink was auctioned for USD 193,000.00 (€ 123,972.25).

Im November 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion 19th Century European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Spanishlady In Pink von Rogelio de Egusquiza zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 140.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 146.500,00 (€ 108.897,64) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Rogelio de Egusquiza konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2008 die Arbeit Spanish Lady In Pink für USD 193.000,00 (€ 123.972,25) versteigert.
