Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les Toits En Été by Roger Mühl was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,517.14) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Roger Mühl have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le tilleul. in July 2017 with an auction result of CHF 25,700.00 (€ 22,518.47).

Die Arbeit Les Toits En Été von Roger Mühl wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.517,14) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
