Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Hiver by Roger Mühl was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2019. It changed hands for a price of USD 5,625.00 (€ 5,010.24) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Roger Mühl have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le tilleul. in July 2017 with an auction result of CHF 25,700.00 (€ 22,518.47).

Die Arbeit Hiver von Roger Mühl kam im Dezember 2019 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 5.625,00 (€ 5.010,24) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Roger Mühl auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le tilleul. im Juli 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 25.700,00 (€ 22.518,47).
