In the FILM auction, the work Large Marilyn Red Peach sold for USD 31,250.00 (€ 25,425.11) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ron English - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Slash 'n Friends (Album Cover), which sold at auction in May 2011 for USD 92,500.00 (€ 64,343.35).
