Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Humanime (1) by Ronald Ventura was sold in the HI-LITE Evening Sale auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. The price achieved of HKD 1,875,000.00 (€ 217,465.29) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 1,500,000.00 – 2,500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ronald Ventura have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Party Animal in May 2021 with an auction result of HKD 19,450,000.00 (€ 2,056,015.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Humanime (1) von Ronald Ventura wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion HI-LITE Evening Sale bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.875.000,00 (€ 217.465,29) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 1.500.000,00 – 2.500.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ronald Ventura auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Party Animal im Mai 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 19.450.000,00 (€ 2.056.015,25).
