Admittedly, works by Rowland Hilder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Old Oast Houses at Chiddingstone, Kent in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 8,400.00 (€ 12,465.18).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.440,00 (€ 2.141,37) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%.
